Order your customizable item online and choose in-store pickup to collect your items from our Brussels store.
Custom orders take 2 to 3 days to prepare. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

How to personalize your products?
When you confirm your shopping cart, you will have the option to indicate the items you would like to have embroidered.
What embroideries are accepted?
It is possible to have text embroidered, but not shapes. You can choose the font, color, and message for your custom embroidery. The only restriction is the 15-character limit.
What thread colors are available?
We offer 16 colors of embroidery thread.
What fonts are available?
We offer 3 fonts: Handwritten, Script & Calligraphy.
How much does it cost?
The price is €15 for 15 characters and €25 for 25 characters.

Can I return a personalized product?
It is not possible to return an embroidered product.
What are the delivery times?
For any order on our website with in-store delivery, you will receive an email as soon as it is ready. If the product is available in the store where your order is collected, allow approximately 2 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed (delays may vary depending on the store and its traffic).
If the product is unavailable, your purchase will be available for collection within approximately 6 to 8 working days.
I want to send a gift directly to someone, how do I do this?
To have your embroidered product delivered to a third party, check the box. We will send your order without an invoice. You can also add gift wrapping and a message card to your package.
I don't know what to embroider?
