Welcome to Carré Blanc Belgique. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Carré Blanc Belgique. Carré Blanc Belgique operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and related services in order to provide you, as a customer, with a personalised shopping experience (collectively the “Services”). When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Carré Blanc Belgique reserves the right to accept or refuse your order for any reason. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed this to you and received and processed your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as changes or cancellations may not be possible afterwards. If we are unable to accept, modify or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information you provided.
Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise indicated, prices do not include taxes, customs duties or shipping and handling fees.
Prices displayed online may differ from prices in our physical stores or in third-party shops. Promotions may be governed by separate terms which prevail over these Terms in case of conflict.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update your information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can process orders and communicate with you as necessary.
You further represent and warrant that you are authorised to use your payment method and that you will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control.
Once products are handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

All content within the Services including trademarks, logos, text, visuals, graphics, product reviews, videos and audio, and their design and arrangement are the property of Carré Blanc Belgique, its affiliates or licensors and are protected under Belgian law and relevant European Union intellectual property legislation.

Carré Blanc Belgique is powered by Shopify to support the delivery of our Services. However, all purchases you make are with Carré Blanc Belgique directly.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any transaction, product or service, and you release Shopify from any claims arising from your interactions with Carré Blanc Belgique.

Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Belgium.
