The satisfaction guarantee
You can change your mind, make a mistake or decide that something is not quite what you had in mind after all. Return your item within 100 days of purchase. Items must be new, tagged and in their original packaging. Simple, right?
The quality guarantee
It rarely happens, but even our careful checks can miss a small flaw. For up to 10 years* after your purchase, we will replace your Carré Blanc item. Quality is one of our core values and one of the reasons you remain so loyal to us.
The passing-on guarantee
However long it has been with you, your Carré Blanc linen is guaranteed for life. Bring your old household linen back to us and get 20% off a product in the same category. We will donate it to a charity or recycle it. Here’s to a long life!

We guarantee manufacturing quality for: 5 years for mattress protectors, pillows and duvets (excluding goose down filling), terry products, homewear, table linen and accessories; 7 years for duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets and flat sheets; and 10 years for pillows and duvets filled with goose down.
The Carré Blanc Guarantee is available from 8 October 2026 for purchases made on our website, in stores and on marketplaces. It is not retroactive and applies to purchases made on or after that date.
Did you receive a Carré Blanc product as a gift or buy an item on a marketplace? Create an account on carreblanc.com and activate the guarantee in “My Guarantee”. For purchases on our website or in a store, your Lifetime Guarantee was activated automatically at checkout.

Yes. The guarantee stays with you for as long as you are part of the Carré Blanc family. For up to 10 years*, the quality guarantee protects your items. After that, the passing-on guarantee supports you for as long as you keep them. Bring your old Carré Blanc household linen back to us and get 20% off a product in the same category. We will donate it to a charity or recycle it.
If you find a manufacturing defect during your product’s guarantee period, Carré Blanc will replace the affected item. A manufacturing defect affects the product’s conformity, durability, finish or expected performance. Damage caused by use results from use or care that does not follow recommendations.
