Return Request
Have you changed your mind and wish to return a product? Carré Blanc Belgium is committed to your satisfaction by offering you the possibility to return and exchange your items. Items must never have been washed, treated, or altered. They must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
Embroidered products, as well as duvets, pillows, mattress protectors and pillow protectors, cannot be exchanged, refunded, or returned.
Did you place an order online?
You can return your products or report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order. If your product is embroidered, it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. Duvets, pillows, and comforters cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Return instructions:
- Log in to your account using the email address you used to create it. Then, from the order list, click on "Request a return".
All you have to do is fill out the form and send it. - Once the return request is submitted, our customer service will validate your return and send you a return label.
- Once you have received the label, pack your items and place the label on the outside of your package.
- After receiving and verifying the items, the refund for returned items will be processed as soon as possible (subject to verification of the items, the refund is issued by Carré Blanc. The refund is for the price charged and paid directly to the original payment method).
Return conditions
- Free Returns : Bring your purchases back to our Brussels store for free.(Avenue de la Toison d'Or 20, Galerie Toison d’Or, 1050 Brussels)
Return costs : If you wish to return your purchases with our carrier, a fee of €4.90 will be applied. - Refund process : The refund, equivalent to the price charged, will be made to your original payment method once the items have been verified.
Did you place an order in our store in Brussels?
You can exchange or return an item for a refund directly at your store. Refunds are not possible through the website. If your product is embroidered, it cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. Duvets, pillows, and comforters cannot be exchanged or refunded.
