What payment methods do you accept in your store?
Payment in our Brussels store can be made in several ways: by cash, by bank card.
What payment methods do you offer on your website?
Payment on our website is made by credit card via the secure payment platform Shopify Payments. We would also like to emphasize that at no time do we have knowledge of the numbers provided. We are simply informed by our bank that the order has been paid. You will find all the information you need here.
Returns & Refunds
What should I do if my product isn't suitable?
We are sorry to hear that. If you are not satisfied with a product, you have two options: either exchange it at your Brussels store or return it by contacting customer service.
I'd like to make an exchange. What should I do?
Exchanges are possible in store. To do so, please bring your ID and your order form or receipt. In-store returns will be exchanged, credited, or refunded. To check product availability, we recommend calling the store before coming in.
How can I request a refund if I bought in-store?
To request a refund, please come to our Brussels store with the product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, please allow 3 to 5 days for it to appear in your bank account. Please note that we do not process refunds on debit cards. A credit card is required for a refund.
How can I request a refund if I purchased online?
To request a refund, please return your products using the return form sent by our customer service. Your products will be refunded within 14 days of your return request, provided that we have received the returned product(s) in their original packaging. Once the refund has been validated by our team, you will receive a notification by email or SMS. Please allow 3 to 5 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
How long does it take to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of your order to return the merchandise. Returned products must be intact, labeled, unwashed, complete, and packaged in their original packaging. More information on exchanges and returns.

Please contact our customer service by email or phone. You can find our contact details here. After contacting our customer service, you will receive your return slip by email.
For your information, we have decided to no longer systematically print return slips, as this represented significant waste. Indeed, only 3% of orders require a return slip. For 1000 orders, this saves 970 sheets of paper. For 8300 orders, this saves 1 tree.

Can I modify an order I've already paid for?
If you have not yet paid for your order, you can modify it. If your order has already been paid for, please contact our customer service (to change the size of a product, remove a product from an order, etc.). You can find our contact details here.
