DELIVERY TIMES AND COSTS

DELIVERY

Preparation and shipping:
At Carré Blanc Belux, your orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). For orders that include embroidery, an additional processing time may extend the shipping time by up to 5 days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number, allowing you to follow each stage of delivery.

Delivery to BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG & NETHERLANDS

DPD Pickup Point – Delivery in 3 to 4 working days | €4.90, free for purchases over €59.

DPD Home Delivery – Delivery in 3 to 4 working days | €5.90, free for purchases over €100.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Carré Blanc, you have 14 days to return your products to us for an exchange, credit note or refund (excluding delivery charges).

Return conditions:

Returned products must be clean and folded.

Personalized embroidered items cannot be returned or exchanged. We therefore advise you to carefully check your initials and the color of your embroidery before confirming your order.

The refund will be made within 15 days after receipt of the product in our warehouse, directly to the bank card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

Return for defect or non-conformity:
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your order, we invite you to contact us within 5 days of receiving your package. We will arrange the return of the defective product at our expense and offer you a refund or a new shipment.

Return procedure:
To make a return, please contact our customer service at info@carreblanc.be , specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the return procedure.

EXCEPTIONAL DELAYS

During busy periods (sales, inventory, end-of-year holidays, etc.) or school holidays, delivery times may be temporarily extended. Thank you for your understanding.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The delivery times announced are not contractual and any delay in delivery does not entitle Carré Blanc Belux to compensation. In the event of a package being returned due to the customer's absence, a problem with the delivery address, or an inability to receive the package, Carré Blanc will charge the customer for the reshipping costs.

ORDER CONTROL

At the time of delivery, it is the customer's responsibility to check the delivered items (quality, quantity, conformity with the order, etc.). No complaints will be considered after the expiry of the fourteen-day period from the date of receipt of the items. A justified complaint made within this period will entitle the customer to exchange or refund the product, without further compensation. In the event of damage to your package, you have the option of refusing delivery. Notify Carré Blanc customer service via the contact form available online by clicking here . We will then initiate a complaints procedure with the carrier. In the event of a dispute, the investigation can last up to 21 working days.
